We Collaboratively Craft Products For Business Impact

Over the years, there has been a revolutionary shift in the way Digital software is conceptualized and created. Businesses need to be equipped with innovative products in order to deliver high performance. Our Product Innovation offering enables you to partner with us. We bring the value of product design thinking, Agile delivery, Modern software engineering and DevOps best practices along with a lot of experience in crafting digital products for customers in the form of an agile squad as a service; to help conceptualize, launch and scale great products.

What we do?

We believe in delivering a product that satisfies your requirement and aspiration. We initiate our Agile Product Development process with an aim of meeting the following goals.

Idea to a working prototype.

With a defined product innovation idea, our team of experts put together a process that focuses on converting the product idea into a working prototype and comprehensive requirement specifications

Drive MVP release early

We collaborate with our customers and carve out the feature matrix for most effective market release of the MVP and then develop using our RAPiD framework to launch within 2 – 3 months.

Customer adoption from MVP to General Availability

Post MVP launch we take user and customer feedback to enhance the product for a GA release. This phase includes significant investments in automation as well as market alignment to accelerate customer adoption.

Enhance the product for larger market penetration

Once the product is successfully released as General Availability, we go a step further to enhance the product for global usability. This includes product scale and stability initiatives as well as variants/ localization.

How we do it?

We follow an Iterative Design, Develop and DevOps based Product Development Model.
